I had the pleasure of working with Michael to develop and execute a user feedback loop for a program focused on supporting local government leaders in accessing federal infrastructure dollars. The program was already underway, but we wanted to better understand the needs of our users -- mayors, chief sustainability offices, grant managers, etc -- in order to ensure our programming was effectively helping them reach their goals. Michael was able to quickly help us refine our questions and process, getting requests for stakeholder interviews out and scheduled within a week. He also provided weekly digests of findings, allowing us to begin incorporating feedback immediately.

The final deliverables for our work together included a comprehensive report that synthesized the stakeholder interviews, recommendations for programming updates aligned with those findings, and instructions on how to execute this process internally moving forward.
